I've been using RDM rosin for the past 10 years. It has great grip, great sound, and little residue.

I believe the rosin pictured is what RDM called Winter Rosin (Which prevents cracking during winter's freezing weather,it also absorbs the shock if one would drop it on a floor) The regular rosin does not have a felt lining

Why buy an Asian rosin with fancy European name- RDM Rosins are made in the USA.
