My school got a set of these bells for the second band. They are ok...they get the job done and good for practicing but for preformances we use the 1st band's bell because these simply do not get loud enough to be heard. If you hit them too hard, they muffle and hardly make any sound.. but they do work for rehearsals and the notes are written on the keys, good for learning.
