This clarinet is easy to learn and play with and it helps when you've got an ebonite body to horld on to when you are playing. I recommend it for all clarinet playing musicians, because of its beautiful tone, perfect keys, and body of ebonite. It holds the key to great music and "pure Awsomeness!"

I was a little suspisious of a clarinet being this cheap, but I couldn't believe the quality when I bought it. It's amazing and I strongly incourage anyone to buy it.

I love my new clarinet- just delivered yesterday- It seems to be very well constructed- as is the hardshell case. This is my first reed instrument, so that aspect was slightly daunting. When I pulled it from the case and was anxious to get the first notes out of it, there are no instructions, and so I highly recommend the Hal Leonard book Essential Elements for clarinet- it includes BOTH a CD and an excellent DVD start-up video, and play along exercises- a real bargain for the price- I also suggest you order some extra reeds- because there's only one included. Also a stand would be good- so that it can be left assembled out of the case- I already play a little piano, guitar, flute and recorder- so that made things easier- and I was playing along with the DVD exercises right off- You get a real feel for how the horn is supposed to sound from them. No problems with jumping the octave here- unlike the tenor recorder I own. It's very satisfying to have another quality instrument that I don't think will be too difficult to play- I love it.
