This Bellafina came with poor quality strings, as the E string unraveled with the first tuning, so we were glad to have also purchased a set of Helicore strings. Once strung, the instrument sounds very nice.

The violin has a beautiful color, and we only had to clean up shavings around the tuning pegs.

The case feels cheap, but should do the job. Overall, I'm glad to purchase a second starter instrument in the full size, with aspirations that, should the kids really enjoy their music, we'll purchase a better quality violin as their "final" instrument.
